We reserve the right to update prices at any time.
Payments are processed securely via our website’s checkout providers.

5. Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
We may cancel or refuse an order if:

• the product is out of stock

• there is a pricing or description error

• we believe the order is fraudulent

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delays may occur with postal carriers.
We are not responsible for delays once items are dispatched, but we will do our best to help.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return period in line with UK consumer laws.
However, some products are not eligible for return (see Returns Policy below).
Refunds are issued once returned items are inspected.
