Refunds and returns policy.

1. Overview

We offer a 14-day return policy on eligible items.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

• Putty

• Essential oil fabric sprays

• Bath salts

• Bubble mixes

If these items are unused but opened, they still cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If any product arrives faulty or damaged, we will replace or refund it.
Please provide:

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the problem

• Your order number

We must receive evidence within 7 days of delivery.

4. Eligible Returns

Eligible items must be:

• Unused

• In original condition

• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order
  You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.
Funds return to your original payment method.
